In this episode we discuss three liquid fasts or diets that Dr. Baylac uses at Hawaii Naturopathic Retreat Center for detoxification and treating medical conditions. These fasting approaches include coconut water, broth and vegetable juices and can also be used to mimic some of the effects of water fasting. For some people a liquid fast is a great introduction to fasting from where the person can build up to a full water fast at another time.
