#003 - On November 19, 2020 the National Association of REALTORS and the United States Department of Justice announced an antitrust case filed and simultaneous settlement of the case.
The DOJ issued a press release:

Settlement Will Increase Competition to the Benefit of American Homeowners and Homebuyers and Allow for Innovation in Brokerage Markets
