Storing wine in a decanter can enhance the flavor of your drink and bring out subtle notes that you might not have been able to taste otherwise. However, if it's done wrong, then all those precious flavors will be lost as well. For a decanter to work properly, there needs to be enough liquid in a said vessel, so when the sediment settles at the bottom, this doesn't happen- but what do we do with leftover wine?
