Now that Lee has found healthier ways to eat well and be
well, she now uses that experience to guide others who
also battle with unwanted weight particularly women in
their 40's and 50's to a place where they feel in charge
and in control of their bodies while gaining confidence so
they can show up fully in life and professionally while
getting into their best health ever.
Lee is best known for her common sense holistic approach
to good food, and health while finding a way to move
(exercise if you will) so that you can have the confidence
you crave. Take it from Lee, who knows that if the chubby
girl who hated PE and came almost last in any track event
can support you on your feel amazing path to health and
