Diego Corzo is 31 Years Old, Owns 46 rental units, and is a Millionaire. He has accomplished the “American Dream” with one caveat - he isn’t from America. Diego came from Lima, Peru at age 9 and worked with his family in their restaurant for 14-16 hour days to make ends meet. When he was 18 he realized that he was unable to get a driver’s license, a work visa, or scholarship money he had already won for college because he didn’t have the correct paperwork. Even with these setbacks- through perseverance, hard work, and “leading with value” he found ways to create generational wealth for not just himself, but his family too.

Three years ago, Matt Onofrio was one of the best-trained anesthesia professionals in the world, working at the renowned Mayo Clinic in Minnesota. Each day, he stood side-by-side with some of the planet’s most talented surgeons. From routine appendectomies to emergency heart surgeries and organ transplants, he was there from beginning to end, doing one of the most critical jobs in the room. But something was still missing from his life.
Although Matt’s background is in medicine as a nurse anesthesiologist, he has a deep understanding of commercial real estate focused on Triple Net Investing. It was here that he found that missing piece in his life. I was an active-duty Marine and have been for 13 years, and am currently in the reserves. In 2015 I purchased my first real estate investment–A duplex that I house hacked–and after seeing first hand the way that cash flow could change my life, I went all in on real estate and finance!
In 5 years I went from a negative net worth, to a millionaire with 100+ rental units, and was able to transition off active duty to work for myself! Along the way I started documenting my journey on this website (and social media)...that blossomed into a massive community of “Military Millionaires” and future Military Millionaires, and now I’m blessed to be able to focus on that full time.
