Follow: @aasadan @bamradionetwork Shelly Vaughn earned her undergraduate degree from Ball State University and masters from Wright State University. She had twelve years of teaching experience in special education and various elementary grades before transitioning to elementary principal with Fort Recovery Local Schools. She is currently in her third year as superintendent.
