AAF: AFTER REVIEW REVIEW:
The Manziel Era Begins in Memphis The Alliance of American Football is entering the homestretch with Week Seven games this weekend. We’ll talk plenty about the arrival of Johnny Manziel in Memphis. We’ll have our weekly awards with Fran Stuchbury’s Week that Was.
We also introduce you to Jamie Seh, she’s the play-by-play voice of the Orlando Apollos. She talks about Central Florida’s rich football culture, being the first regular female play-by-play voice in professional football. She shares some insights on what makes Steve Spurrier tick and his passion for the game, his people and the AAF.
As promised, we go deeper into the Johnny Football era in the aaf. Jason Munz of the Commercial Appeal talks about Manziel’s first days, his chances of playing and how soon it will happen. We also talk about the Express slow start and Head Coach Mike Singletary’s coaching style. You can listen on iTunes or any number of platforms.
Be sure to check back early this afternoon as we discuss the breaking news of the AAF championship moving to Frisco, Texas. We’ll sit down with Jake Jacobson, the league’s head of brand and responsible for the title game. We’ll talk about the timing, the rational and what comes next.
