Episode 2 — Protests on August 3 and Mass Criminal Prosecution

The first part of this episode discusses the rules for a candidate to be registered for the elections, while the second describes how general public reacted to the fact that electoral committees refused to register any independent candidates. Mass protests led to heavy crackdown on the participants, including injuries, administrative arrests and criminal charges.
