A TRADER'S LIFE

Giancarlo Prisco, expert scalper, talking to me on A Trader’s Life confessing to some early mistakes and setbacks in his trading career.
Born in Italy, and now living in Spain, Giancarlo exudes the warmth and ease of a southern Mediterranean. I was particularly struck by his almost poetic rendering of pivotal moments in time. Which makes this episode more than just a conversation about trading, you could say it’s also a conversation about knowing yourself in life. Join us for the full episode later today.

Episode 33 | Jay Harwood - cable scalper

Hello and welcome to A Trader’s Life. My next guest is Jay Harwood.
Jay trades cable, and GBPUSD, and almost nothing else, although he does look at EURO USD from time to time. I think this is one of the most honest and self-deprecating accounts I’ve heard from any trader so far on this podcast. A far cry from trader clichés of fast cars and beautiful girls. He has some useful insights to impart – not just about trading but about knowing yourself in life.
This episode is a bit longer than usual, but by the end of it I think you’ll have been rewarded with an authentic portrait of a humble British trader. Enjoy the conversation.
Before you go...
There's hardly a business on the planet that turns a profit in its first year. I wish I could say I was any different, but the same applies with this podcast. So, if, by some chance, you’re looking for a new or additional broker, and choose to sign up with BD Swiss via my referral link, I'd like you to know you’ll also be helping me keep this podcast up and running.
BD Swiss are regulated to the hilt, fast on withdrawals, offer great customer service and competitive spreads.
Risk Warning: 79.9% of retail investor accounts lose money when trading CFDs with this provider.

Episode 34 | Giancarlo Prisco - scalper

My next guest is known for his skill as a scalper – futures and forex. He sometimes trades longer timeframes, but he’s found scalping to be his thing. Not that he cracked it overnight: it took him five tough years to make consistent returns from this high-speed form of trading.
Born in Italy, and now living in Spain, Giancarlo Prisco exudes the warmth and ease of a southern Mediterranean. I was particularly struck by his almost poetic rendering of pivotal moments in time. This is more than just a conversation about trading, it’s also a conversation about knowing yourself in life.

BEFORE YOU HEAD OFF... as we all know, a lot can go wrong in trading. Some days you can find yourself gasping for breath and telling yourself you need a complete break from it.
Well, take a look at this. It’s a way of making passive income by taking a stake in the crypto space but doesn’t require you to trade crypto. The company in question is called Yieldnodes. And essentially, what these guys do is provide cutting edge services to the blockchain network, such as maintaining e-wallets and the like.
It’s very easy to get set up on the platform, and the returns are truly exceptional, averaging around 10% per month. Once you factor in compounding you could be looking at just north of 200% per annum. Here’s another thing I think is really important: Yieldnodes have allowed members to audit their incomings and outgoings and found them to be entirely transparent.
I personally think this is an exciting proposition and, if you sign up through my link, instead of the usual minimum deposit of 500 Euros, you can make a start with just 50 Euros. Heck, some people put that on the lottery every weekend! So why not plant a seed today with Yieldnodes and see what grows from there?
