Psychic Healing

In this episode, Dr. Kathryn Perkel talks about how to help kids and parents create safe spaces through meditation and energy healing. She discusses the power of visualization and imagination, and gives concrete examples of how parents can lead their intuitive children in short visualizations to protect and bless their spaces and send out healing light and energy from their heart centers.
Dr. Perkel is a clinical psychologist and certified Reiki Master. She often incorporates energy healing into her client sessions as she believes that non-verbal trauma is stored in the body. Reiki healing is one way to release energy that remains attached in our mental, emotional, physical and spiritual bodies. Her intuitive ability to see into and experience another person’s emotional pain has been present with her since she was a small child and continues to guide her to this day.
