Top British businesswoman Helena Morrissey tells Julia about how she rose to the top in the heavily male-dominated world of finance, her campaigning efforts to increase female leadership in the sector and the career choices she and her husband have made in raising a family of nine children.

Earnings from the podcast will go back into funding for the Global Institute for Women’s Leadership, furthering the work they do to create a world in which being a woman is no barrier to being a leader.
