The guys give encouragement to all in living your best life and making the most of your time, whilst never wishing to be preachy they give an honest assessment of how we should all expand our comfort zone and therefore live a more fulfilling life. They quite honestly tip the nod to all the parents out there doing a great job that they themselves could not imagine.

There is a special guest making a short appearance at the end of this episode, so please stay tuned for that. Hint: He is Russian

Yeah, that's, I know. And don't get me wrong, it takes willpower. But you kind of I actually cut up bars of chocolate and eat half a bit a day. And it sounds ridiculous. I'm still getting that fix that I like. But I'm not going for access. And they don't need me wrong. It's not easy. Not getting up in the morning doing the food and cutting and putting another bit back in the fridge.

you're not gonna live forever You are not gonna live forever so don't please don't think that you know don't go without totally but you're getting into balance it's about not living on your credit cards. But not also just saving up every single penny for the rest of your life and then being too old to spend it you got to get that balance
