Chloe and Tracy reflect on their individual journey's that motivated them to apply for the work ethic scholarship and the success they've achieved since pivoting to careers that they're passionate about.
They also share words of encouragement for women who work in industries where they are the only woman on the team. Later, Dana asks Chloe and Tracy what advice they would offer their younger selves.
