We're unearthing the truth about the survivors of abuse who are often penalized for safeguarding themselves. We're asking the tough questions - why are there laws that seem to punish those defending their families? How does one react in an active shooter situation? And, most importantly, how can we ensure responsible firearm use?
This episode takes a hard look at safety, not just in the context of violence but also in our homes, around our children, and on their social media platforms. How far should we go to protect our precious family members, even our pets, from harm? We've got our hands on the pulse of this issue, exploring things like reliable alarm systems, surveillance cameras, and law enforcement strategies. We're addressing the rise in bullying and violence, the addiction of social media, and the impact they have on our children.
Lastly, we amplify the conversation around child safety, defense against sexual assault, and overall family protection. Is it time for schools to take more action against bullying? Are there enough counselors to support our children? The key is vigilance, safe firearm handling, and effective self-defense training. We're breaking down why it's crucial for both men and women to be prepared for protection. After all, nothing is more precious than our relationships, and they're worth fighting for, even after decades together. So, join us for this enlightening and thought-evoking conversation.

In a patriarchal society that suggests women can’t have it all, Claude Racine-Valinksy is living proof they can. An outspoken advocate for women’s empowerment and wellness, Claude is leveraging her platform as an accomplished dancer, sought-after social media influencer and transformational personal coach to help women around the world harness the power of their own agency and accept responsibility for creating a life they love.
For more than two decades, Claude has made a name for herself as a professional dancer, sharing the stage with some of the biggest talents of our day including JLo, Chris Brown, Avril Lavigne, Erikay Jayne, The Pussycat Dolls and Carmen Electra. She has also choreographed for popular television shows such as Will and Grace and Fuller House. A performer since childhood, dancing was a natural segue into the fitness industry for Claude. In 2019, she made her debut as a cast member of Beachbody’s popular 21 Day Fix Real-Time workout program.
But in 2020, at the height of a wildly successful career, Claude found herself suddenly unemployed and at the mercy of a global pandemic that crippled the entertainment industry. Simultaneously, she privately battled postpartum depression following the birth of her first son, as well as a crushing Hashimoto’s disease diagnosis and an unprecedented 35 pound weight gain. Forced to pivot both personally and professionally, Claude committed to showing up for herself first, each and every day. That journey included joining direct sales and becoming a partner with luxury brands BELLAME and Modere, marketing the very same health and beauty supplements that helped to heal her body from the inside out. One habit at a time, Claude diligently architected a system that completely reversed her diagnosis and helped her reclaim control over her mind, body and soul.
