Alex is a dual varsity athlete, representing both the Cross Country Running team and the Nordic Skiing teams as their respective captains. Alex shares with Sheridan some of the unique aspects of studying within the BPHE and how the program contains the perfect blend of practicals and human kinetic sciences, while detailing his busy life as a varsity athlete and graduate student.
