What better way to end the season than getting to know our two hosts better? 10 minutes... well, 11 minutes actually to get to know Eric better. Laurianne is leading the conversation by asking Eric 30 questions so we can finally discover the secret of happiness (just kidding - the best you'll get is to know Eric better!)

Know yourself - the "fil rouge", or common theme, of Season 1. We often refer to the importance of knowing yourself when it comes to making decisions and overcoming life challenges in our episodes. How do we really get to know ourselves? Eric gives some sage advice to Laurianne who is on her own journey to discover herself:
