In this episode, we talk story with Lindsey Tilton of Jupiter (no not the planet, although she really is out of this world), a coastal town in Palm Beach Country, Florida. In 2024, she became the first female to complete the grueling Great Alabama 650 on a stand up paddle board. Not only is she an amazing athlete but is also a pretty rad woman.
