Then, we head over to the tallest building in the city to meet Chef Jonathon Sawyer at he brand new restaurant, Kindling | Downtown Cookout & Cocktails! Chef is a Chicagoan with literally a world of experience and cooks up one of the best experiences this city has to offer! He's a James Beard winner (2015), a Food Network regular and winner, and Food & Wine Magazine's Best New Chef for 2010! And on top of that, he's such a dope person! You gotta find out why we call him "Chef Dad"! Lock in with us!!
