Many of us believe that we are not required to respect anyone younger than us. That is a myth!! In order for our youth to grow and become good citizens of the world we have to show them what respect looks like. It is necessary to engage our children and to help them to understand that it is important to be young adults who treat each other with the upmost respect. Age is not an issue in the matter, the matter is who gives it and how it is communicated towards each other.
