Kailey is joined by the amazing Dr. Anthony Zoccolillo, psychology professor at TAMUCC. He brings a fun, casual, and educational point of view and expertise to the topic. Clarifying some misconceptions we may all be facing in regard to some of the most commonly misidentified disorders.
We discuss our own journey with mental health, how it affects how we parent our children, why we can't immediately discredit cryptid sightings solely based on one's mental health diagnosis, and for a brief moment we discuss... why are aliens so obsessed with butts?
I hope you get the feel that this episode will educational but also not a stuffy discussion. We share laughs and life experiences. And that is just the way we will break the stigma of mental health. Open unashamed dialogue.
