This week Pete and Nick get fat-shamed for 2 hours by the extremely fit duo of Nate Wegman and Daniel Hetrick. They are 2/3 of the founding team at ABLE Family, a new lifestyle business focused on living a ketogenic lifestyle. Today we discussed just what the heck that means, Nick reveals he may be unwilling to participate because of his love of beer, and we even get sneak in some very scientific POOP references (We like to stay close to our roots)!! After a long contract negotiation, everything has been settled and Pete and Nick are back at it! Today they discussed the "Year of Music-2017", Nick's plans for an Epic 40th birthday party, how really insignificant everything is, and the best places in Rochester to do work and get high on Coffee. This week the lovely and talented Marianne Sierk makes a return visit to the studio. Marianne is hilarious in this episode, which makes sense because she is a frickin' professional comedian!! Since her last visit, a lot has changed in her life. She is a mom, she is unemployed...but she still likes a little white wine in her life! Also, all the joking about spilling beer on our board came back to haunt us, as we had a little incident pre-show with some chardonnay (full disclosure it WASN'T Marianne), so excuse some rough spots in the audio. Well worth it for all the fun, fun, fun!!
