Taylor Alison Smith is an American singer-songwriter known for her narrative driven music and her poetic lyrics. Her music style spans many genres from her country roots to pop, and even trying her hand at a more folky twang during her COVID era. She was born on December 13, 1989 in Reading, Pennsylvania to Scott and Andrea Swift. Her parents believed in her dream so much, that they uprooted the family to Nashville, Tennessee, where he rose to fame as a teenager with her self-titled debut album in 2006. Since then, she has taken the music industry by storm and quickly has become one of the most dominant figures in history. Taylor Swifts lyrics are often picked apart, digested, and analyzed by her loyal fan base who are devoted to putting the puzzle pieces together in her personal life. Her poetic words often focus on her own experiences in love, friendships, relationships, and emotional growth. Her ability to reinvent herself with each album has kept her relevant across different music scenes, and earned her the very popular theme of her current world tour, her Eras Tour. But wait a second... Is Taylor really who she says she is? Or could there be something sinister stewing underneath all of that charisma and fame? Could she really be the clone of alleged illuminati member Zeena Lavey, who is the daughter of Anton Lacey who founded the Church of Satan in 1966?

Who Really Assassinated Martin Luther King, Jr?

Martin Luther King Jr. was a Baptist minister famous for his role in the civil rights movement until his assassination in 1968, at the age of 39. He encouraged non-violent resistance and non-violent civil disobedience, leading marches for desegregation and equal rights. He is most famous for his role in the 1955 Montgomery bus boycott, and the 1963 March on Washington where he delivered his famous I have a Dream speech on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial. Despite his peaceful resistance, he was incarcerated several times and was an object of J. Edgar Hoover’s FBI Counterintelligence Program – which was a series of covert and illegal projects between 1956 and 1971 aimed at surveilling, infiltrating, discrediting, and disrupting “subversive” political organizations. They investigated him for possible ties to communism, spied on him, and secretly recorded him. In 1964, the FBI sent him a package with a letter and a tape recording alleging of King's sexual indiscretions as an apparent attempt at blackmail. On April 4, 1968 James Earl Ray, a fugitive from the Missouri State Penetentiary, allegedly assassinated MLK Jr. However, many including MLK Jrs family, believe James Earl Ray was just the patsy. What really happened to Martin Luther King, Jr?

The JonBenet Ramsey murder is one of the most famous and tragic unsolved child murder cases in the United States. JonBenet, a 6-year-old beauty queen, was found to be missing on the morning of December 26, 1996 in what appeared to be a kidnap for ransom. Seven hours later, however, the young girl was found murdered in the basement of her 7,240 sq ft home. Here is a brief sequence of event - JonBenet was carried in from a party on Christmas night and put to bed. The following morning, her mother, Patsy, found a ransom note at the bottom of the stairs – demanding $118,000 for the safe return of JonBenet. It was signed “a foreign faction”. She noted her daughter was missing and called 911 at 5:52 AM on December 26. The ransom note was highly unusual: it was long, detailed, and written on paper from the Ramsey home. The note demanded a specific amount of money (which was nearly equivalent of John Ramsey's Christmas bonus) and instructed the parents not to contact the police. The police, as well as friends of the Ramseys, descended on the house, mucking up the crime scene. At one point, around 1PM, an detctive asks John and his friend to search the house – this being a tool to distract him and get him out of the way. The duo descended downstairs, and in a back unfinished room, John Ramsey found his daughter dead with evidence of blunt force trauma to the head and strangulation. He removed tape from her mouth and rushed her upstairs, again disturbing the crime scene. Police officers then covered the young girls body with a blanket. It took 12 hours for a coroner to arrive – their report stated that JonBenét had died from blunt force trauma to the head, with a fractured skull. She also had strangulation marks on her neck, consistent with being garrotted with a cord. The garotte was made of a paintbrush from Patsy Ramsey’s paint kit found in the same room. There was no evidence of conventional rape, but evidence of vaginal trauma, likely from the paintbrush used in the garotte. There was touch DNA belonging to an unknown male on her underwear, as well as under her nails – the DNA did not match anyone in the family or in the FBI database. Initially, the police focused on the family as potential suspects. Both Patsy and John Ramsey, as well as their 9 year old son Burke were scrutinized. While they denied involvement, suspicion grew around them due to various inconsistencies in their accounts and the peculiar nature of the crime scene. There was also speculation about an intruder, as there was evidence of open windows in the basement, which could suggest someone had entered the house, as well as 2 small marks on JonBenet consistent with a stun gun. In 1999, a grand jury had voted to indict the Ramseys, but prosecutors chose not to pursue charges due to insufficient evidence. Patsy Ramsey died in 2006 from ovarian cancer, and her death did not lead to any new breakthroughs in the case. The Ramsey family was officially exonerated in 2008 but the case remains unsolved. The investigation into her death remains open, and despite some advancements in forensic science, no one has been charged with the crime, leaving room for continued speculation and conspiracy theories.

RE-RELEASE: Missing MH370 Part 2

**Discussion beings at 4:00**
We are counting down our favorite episodes of the year. On March 8, 2014, Malaysia Airlines Flight 370 took off in the early hours of the morning as the red eye flight from Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia, with an intended destination of Beijing, China. There were 227 passengers on board, with 12 crew members. The pilot in command, 53 year old Captain Zaharie Shah, was performing a final instructional flight for 27 year old co-pilot, first officer Fariq Hamid. It was a clear, calm night, and the flight was initially uneventful. At cruising altitude of 35,000 feet, the flight was leaving Malaysian Air Space and was instructed to transfer to the air traffic control tower in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam. At 0119, Captain Shah radioed the Air Traffic Controllers in Malaysia “Good night, Malaysian 370”. That was the last verbal contact with anyone on the plane. Approximately 103 seconds later, the aircraft went dark and vanished from all radar screens in Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, and Ho Chi Minh City. There were two transponders onboard the plane, so to disappear, both transponders would need to cease functioning – either by catastrophic failure or by manual override by someone on the plane. It was over 20 minutes before anyone noted the plane was missing. It did not arrive for it’s 6:30 ETA, and only had enough fuel to fly until ~ 8:15 AM. The most expensive search and rescue operation in aviation history was initiated. To this day, we do not know where the airplane is, or what happened to the 239 souls on board. An extensive safety report was released which did not answer many questions and had inconclusive findings. They denied suspecting any crew was involved, and reported that air traffic control was delayed in noting the missing plane. Theories vary, from a hijacking or suicide mission, to a military operation, and a plethora of questions still exist. One thing is for sure, evidence of shoddy investigative work and potential cover-ups abound. What really happened to MH370 in the early morning hours of March 8 , 2014?

In September of 2024, P. Diddy was indicted by a federal grand jury in Manhattan and charged with racketeering, sex trafficking by force, transportation for purposes of prostitution, narcotics charges, arson, assault. He was accused with creating “ a criminal enterprise in which he abused, threatened, and coerced women and others around him to fulfill his sexual desires, protect his reputation, and conceal his conduct". He has obviously pled not guilty and has been denied bail, so he remains in custody at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn. On October 1, 2024, the Washington Post reported that a team of lawyers will be filing as many as 120 more lawsuits, covering assaults that took place during the 2000s and 2010s. There are 120 plaintiffs, 25 of whom were minors with the youngest being 9 years old. They are both male and female, and half of the alleged victims say they reported the assault to police, to a doctor, or to the FBI. There are apparently 3,000 abuse allegations, and over 100 additional cases being actively examined. Prosecutors announced that there are more co-defendants to be named, and they said, "The names that we're going to name, assuming our investigators confirm and corroborate what we've been told, are names that will shock you. I'm talking here about not just the cowardly but complicit bystanders, that is those people that we know watched this behavior occur and did nothing. And I'm talking about the people that participated, encouraged it, egged it on. They know who they are."

Titanic Series: Bait and Switch

On April 10, 1912, the Titanic set sail for her maiden voyage across the Atlantic ocean. She was a beautiful ship, designed for British luxury, and coined the “Millionaire’s Special.” She was journeying from Southampton, England with the hope of touching shores in New York, New York, but she never made it. As many of you know, she had an unfortunate collision with the ICEBERG STRAIGHT AHEAD, and capsized in the middle of the ocean between April 14 and 15, 1912. With approximately 1500 deaths, most of which coming from the crew and the third-class passengers, it is one of the most infamous tragedies in both American and British history.
In the early 1900’s, the shipping industry was at full peak, especially those voyages seeking to cross the Atlantic. These ships were used for trade, as well as vacations for the wealthy high socialites of that time. White Star, a company looking to enter the competition for transatlantic cruises, started construction on three large liners that would be recognized for their speed and comfort. These three vessels would be named the Olympic, the Britannica, and the Titanic. The Titanic featured a large, upscale dining room, four elevators, and a swimming pool. It had 16 compartments that included steel doors that could be closed to contain water, should the vessel be breached. The designers and builders claimed that 4 of the compartments could be filled with water and it would not affect the buoyancy of the Titanic. She would continue to float. Because of these characteristics, the Titanic was deemed “Unsinkable.” She was one of the largest and luxurious ships of her time, at 882.5 feet long and 92.5 feet wide. She had a carrying capacity of approximately 46,000 tons and weighed about 52,000 tons. But was this horrible tragedy just an accident? Or could it be something more sinister? Could the Titanic have been launched on not only her maiden voyage, but a suicide mission? Let’s talk about it.

JFK Assassination Part 1: Conspiracy or Not?

November 22, 1963: Th President and Vice President are on a campaign tour through Texas in preparation for the 1964 re-election. Secret Service was told to back off so that the president seemed more “approachable”. While riding in a convertible with his wife, Jackie, Texas governor John Connally, and Connally’s wife, Nellie, they departed Love Field. The route had been published in the newspaper, and so thousands of residents had gathered along the streets, as the motorcade proceeded through the streets of downtown Dallas. As it passed through Dealey Plaza at around 12:30 PM, shots rang out from the crowd. The number of shots and originating location are up for debate, but in the end, Governor Conally and President Kennedy were shot, with Kennedy being pronounced dead approximately 30 minutes later at nearby Parkland Hospital. Approximately 45 minutes later, Lee Harvey Oswald was arrested. The 24 year old marine veteran, and employee at the Texas School Book Depository, was accused of shooting and killing police officer J.D. Tippit with a different gun, before hiding out in a movie theater. Within 2hrs of JFK’s murder, Oswald was in police custody and accused of both murders. Unfortunately, he was shot while being escorted by police officers 48 hours later. The gunman of his murder was identified as Jack Ruby, a local club owner with mob connections. The following day, Kennedy is buried at Arlington National Cemetary. But was this all tied up a little too neatly? Does the evidence match the public story? Was JFK really assassinated by Lee Harvey Oswald acting alone? Or is there more to the story that has been covered up?
