Why did you start this show?
Praying about this endeavor, The Lord gave me the idea to utilize the 3 Pillars that I've always held as foundations to be the foundation for the podcast. Building a well-rounded human being utilizing Mental, Spiritual, and Physical Fitness is no easy task. I have been making motivational videos/having discussions for a while now, but one day it occurred to me that it would be behooving to distribute them in podcast form.
What do you hope listeners gain from listening to your show?
It is my hope that listeners will gain a little nugget of positivity to carry them into their weekend. Each episode is designed to build you up stronger in all aspects and make you a better person.
Which episode should someone start with?
The beauty of the 3 Pillars Podcast is that you can truly start anywhere. It's not episodic like a Marvel Movie where you HAVE to watch them all to understand what's going on. The title and description will let you know what each is about, so feel free to peruse. However, starting at episode 1 and bingeing all the way through the most recent will be an edifying journey.

It's my vision for this show to reach a global audience and to inspire them to be the best version of themselves possible.

How did you come up with the name for your podcast?
It was actually pretty easy. For a long time now I have been discussing the 3 Pillars of Fitness in my daily life and earlier motivational videos on social media. It made sense to just convert that into a podcast title.
Tell us a bit about yourself
I am a follower of Christ, a husband, a father, and a USMC Veteran. Born and raised in North Carolina, my goal is to motivate, encourage, and inspire YOU to be the best person that you can be! The nickname "Tobinator" or "Tobinator the Motivator" was given to me in the Marines as I love to PT and never stopped going much like the Terminator. I also have always had a positive mental attitude. My last name is Tobin so the nickname stuck.
