Evan is currently on loan to El Paso Locomotive from Vancouver Whitecaps (MLS). A well traveled veteran of the USL, Newton has had stints in El Paso, Indianapolis, Cincinnati, Sacramento, Oklahoma City, Phoenix, and Tampa Bay.
