You are my buddies! To say having a work meeting in Chinese, is 开会...... New words of this episode: To have a work meeting is 开会. A regular meeting hosted at the same time every week is 例会. The meeting room is 会议室. Meeting minuets are 会议记录. Meeting agenda is 会议议程. The host of a meeting is 主持人. And to make a speech or talk during a meeting is 发言. We also learned a useful phrase or idiom today, 画大饼, which is typically used when a leader is drawing a big pie or making unrealistic plans.
