In this episode we are talking about trusting the process of your spiritual journey. For some reason this is one of the most difficult things for us to do. Before we dive into this, let’s simplify what we mean by “trust the process”. We’re talking about letting go and having faith that things will eventually work out in its own time.
Pull up a chair, go run your errands, whatever it is you do while you are tuning in, do that so we can get into this discussion.

Trusting the “struggles” are a means to an end
Don’t get wrapped up in the challenges - focus on what you’re creating
Faith in YOU - this is the part
Difficult phase of the process “the in-between” not what you were, but not what you are yet (think of the cocoon phase) - it’s the WTF stage - takes a WHOLE lot of trust
