Welcome to 1 Minute Tips! There’s a saying that goes like this: “If the first thing you do when you wake up in the morning is eat a live frog, then nothing worse can happen for the rest of the day!” In his book, “Eat that frog”, Brian Tracy says that the “frog” should be the most difficult item in our to-do list. We all have that frog, the item we are most likely to avoid doing at all costs. When you create the habit of eating your frog, you are kicking procrastination to the curb. If you let the frog sitting in your plate and go about your day, it will keep draining your energy. You probably won’t have a very productive day, that big, juice frog will keep staring you in the eyes. Make the decision, have the discipline and the determination to devour your frog, every single day! I guarantee you that it will feel great. Well, not for the frog.
