Bio:
"How You Remind Me" is a song by Canadian rock band Nickelback. It was released on August 21, 2001 as the lead single from their third studio album Silver Side Up (2001). A "Gold Mix" was made for latter editions of the single with the heavier guitars edited out of the chorus. Lead vocalist and guitarist Chad Kroeger wrote the song about his old girlfriend Jodi, with whom he had a dysfunctional relationship. He referred to this song as the song that put Nickelback on the map when played at their concert in Sturgis, South Dakota, and it is often considered to be their signature song.

On a tranquil Christmas morning, the residents of a small town nestled in the hills were joyfully exchanging gifts and savouring the festive spirit. However, the serenity was abruptly shattered as the ground beneath them began to convulse violently. The shockwaves of a horrific earthquake surged through the town, turning the celebration into a nightmarish ordeal. Buildings crumbled like gingerbread houses, and the once-merry streets were transformed into chaotic scenes of destruction. Families were separated, and the holiday cheer was replaced by the anguished cries of those trapped amidst the rubble.

Amidst the chaos, neighbours joined hands to rescue survivors, but the devastation was overwhelming. Emergency services were stretched thin, and the once-idyllic town now bore the scars of a calamity that struck with unforgiving force.
