The NBA has made a rule about players playing for 65 games to become eligible for end-of-season awards. Tyrone explains why this is a ridiculous rule, but it is a rule the players brought upon themselves. The NBA all-star game is full of highlights but needs more actual competition. Tyrone suggests a way to make the game more competitive, which will change the way All-Star Weekend operates.
The NBA trade deadline saw a bunch of deals, but maybe not the trades we all were looking for. Tyrone gives us his winners and losers of the 2024 NBA trade deadline.

Amid the scoring barrage this past week, Karl Anthony-Towns scored 62 points. Tyrone explains why Karl Anthony-Towns’ numbers weren’t that impressive. Terry Rozier has been traded to the Miami Heat, but the Heat are still struggling. Tyrone explains why this was an unnecessary move, considering the similar talent already on the team.
The Bucks made a surprising move by firing Adrian Griffin despite Griffin leading the Bucks to a top-three record in the east. Tyrone explains why the firing was a bad look for the Bucks and why the front office should take some blame for the pairing not working out.
