PS. For most of human history, it wasn’t called coaching. It was called leadership.

S16EP23: Your clients are NOT paying you for your time... (Replay)
I have a handful of Thinking Partner clients. They invest $47K for around 5 months. I have 1-2 Concierge Trusted Advisor clients a year who invest $185K to have access to me when they need it. You may be surprised at how little they need that access. And My Thinking Partner clients are often complete way before our 30 minute calls are complete.
But here's the thing, my clients are NOT paying for my time. They are paying for their insights. And their insights are priceless.
Today you can listen to my shortest podcast episode yet. The coaching itself takes around 3 minutes. But my client, Sophie—a highly successful corporate consultant—leaves with everything she needs.

S16EP25: You DON'T need clarity... (Replay)
I grew up in London, where some nights it was so foggy I could only see a few yards ahead in front of my face. Despite the darkness and the fog, I could still regularly drive the 10 miles to my home.
Life is much like that. It would be nice to have clarity 10 years into the future about exactly what's going to happen but it doesn't really work like that.
Today I mess with the thinking of two successful coaches and business owners. I show them that they are looking for clarity in the wrong direction!
You and your clients are probably doing so, too...
