Who am I?
Hello, I'm Brent, a Relationship and Personal Development Coach specializing in empowering men. I am the proud Host of The Fallible Man Podcast, a Professional Speaker, and a NASM-CPT. My mission with The Fallible Man began when my wife and I recognized the immense need to positively impact men's lives. We wanted to provide them with the encouragement and support they require on their personal journeys toward becoming the best versions of themselves. My goal is to inspire, empower, and motivate men to take control of their lives by choosing self-improvement. I firmly believe that everyone has the potential to grow and evolve, and it is our duty to foster an environment where men feel supported and encouraged to do so. To foster a strong sense of community, we have developed multiple platforms to accompany men throughout their journeys and offer the support they need. Over the years, I have had the privilege of addressing both intimate gatherings and large audiences, and I am also the founder of the annual "The Phoenix Men's Conference." You can connect with me on YouTube, various social media platforms, all major podcast platforms, and a few other online spaces. With over 20 years of marriage and two wonderful daughters who are at the heart of everything I do, relationships hold a special place in my work. I am passionate about helping men cultivate the fulfilling relationships they have always desired, whether it be with friends, colleagues, children, or their partners. No matter the type of relationship, we are here to assist and guide you on your journey toward building strong and meaningful connections as you journey to become the man you were born to be. As a Relationship and Personal development Coach and Podcaster, this is my life. This is what I am passionate about, this is what is important to me, this is what I talk about and this is what I help people with. I am a Men's Relationship and Personal Development Coach I am a Men's Relationship and Personal Development Podcaster I am a Men's Relationship and Personal Development Speaker I am a Men's Relationship and Personal Development Event Coordinator This is who I am and what i do.
My Show
What is my podcast about and/or how does it relate to the playlist topic you chose?
Our mission is to provide valuable content that inspires men to unlock their full potential and excel in every aspect of their lives. As we believe that men play a crucial role in shaping society and the world, we are committed to empowering men at any stage of their journey. Our show features insightful conversations with leading experts, authors, and entrepreneurs who share practical tips and actionable strategies that can help you achieve your goals. Tune in on Wednesdays for our guest shows, and on Fridays for shorter and concise solo episodes. Join us and start building your toolbox today to unleash your full potential and take your life to the next level! Let me be clear, I don’t think men are broken. I think men are not encouraged or supported in pursuing the man they were born to be. Which is totally unacceptable, because the world needs the men they are meant to become. Some people joke about men stop developing after potty training, the truth is men are ENCOURAGED and even pressured to STOP developing and growing once they hit around 20. “Get a job, have a family and then Protect and provide for them, that is your purpose!” That is BULLSH*T The world was built by strong men and while not perfect, it needs strong men who embrace their purpose and passion to keep it rolling in a positive direction. I want to encourage, inspire, empower, support and motivate men to take charge of their life by choosing to improve themselves for themselves. The world will improve as men embrace their purpose, that is how we change the world.
What is my podcast playlist about?
My podcast play list is about achievable growth and development for men with real results that make lives better with out all the false bravado. We live in a time of extremes with very little reason or logic. In response to the false narrative of the "Toxic Masculinity" crusade we had an equally extreme response. You had the rise of "the red Pill Movement" and the "MGTOW" movement. Men beating their chest and grunting at the world angrily like children for their imagined slights. This was equally bad for men. You can't achieve real growth responding like a child. These Podcast are real men, deeply dedicated to helping men grow into the best version of themselves without all the nonsense. Real, practical, achievable change that actually improves lives. From Relationships and Parenting, to following your dreams, side hustles and ways to improve yourself. This is a playlist for men (and even women, which lends to the fact it is universal truths being discussed) who actually want to take hold of their lives and step into their best selves.

Derek Wilson walked away from a 6-figure salary, sold his dream home and started over with his young family in rugged central Idaho to save the family ranch after his father's death. Building his new life revealed the simple but effective shifts in mindset that anyone can access to create a life they love in ANY circumstance.
