How did the idea for the show come about?

I couldn’t find a podcast that explores all the aspects of hybrid remote and the future of work in a way that interests me.

What do you hope listeners take from the show?

I hope that listeners are inspired to think about hybrid/remote and the future of work in a different way.

What's been the biggest challenge for you?

I enjoy podcasting but it’s challenging to understand who the audience is and what they enjoy. Reviews are rare and constructive feedback almost never happens. I like Goodpods because it makes this easier.

This summer, I’m doing solo episodes. I publish quarterly so I will resume publishing guest episodes in the fall.
