Why did you start this show?
I started this show after I created an entire series of award winning wellness events in Colorado and California which led me to being featured in DOPE Magazine for my approach of metaphysics and other plant medicines.
What do you hope listeners gain from listening to your show?
I hope you gain a sense of relief in knowing you're not crazy, you did get that message from your dead loved one, and yes...you are intuitive!

My favorite podcast that isn't mine is Ghosted By Roz Hernandez
How did you come up with the name for your podcast?
No one was using the name Metaphysical - this was before Facebook changed to Meta - so I thought, "How do I stand out from the other spiritual projects" so I grabbed the word Metaphysical because that's really what I was teaching.
Tell us a bit about yourself
I'm a mom of two, dog mom, and recently a cat mom again. I love to cook, see live music, and learn everything about the unseen paranormal/metaphysical world that I can.
