By way of introduction I’m Rogelio Quintanar aka Coach Q. I’m a certified running coach and race director that has been a part of the endurance community for over 35 years. I’ve run races from fun runs to ultras and race directed the same. Over the course of my tenure in the distance community I’ve met all sorts of players that inhabited that world. I want to invite you to join us at the Lane One podcast to hear conversations, discussions, and debates with the colorful characters that inhabit the running and endurance ecosystem. Each conversation will take the listener into the world of the well known and not so well known provocateurs that are the heart and soul of this world. But the conversation won’t stop there. We’ll also chat with the lesser known stars that inhabit this world such as the timers, the emts, the volunteers, and the waste management to gain their perspective and hear their stories. The conversation is always casual and the topics on point.
