She is an organizer, national recruiter, community-builder, and an Equity & Inclusion Strategist. Her commitment to racial equity stems from her experiences navigating higher education and professional spaces as the first in her family to graduate from high school & college (go Bruins!), as a daughter of Mexican immigrants, and as a product of Inglewood, California.
