Episode #17: When you are finishing the year bigger than you started

Dear Brainstorm,

As the new year approaches, I am looking back at my new year’s resolution to lose weight only to find myself bigger that I was at the start of the year. I feel so disappointed in myself and I feel like if I make another new year’s resolution to lose weight the same thing will happen again.

How do i get over this guilt?
