Who am I?

I host two mental health podcasts, listen to 5-8 hours of podcasts every day, and can't get enough! I'm an activist, digital marketer, and empath. I love listening to podcasts. I'm a frequent road tripper, runner, and Sunday relaxer. These shows are worth the binge when you've got the time listen.

My Show

What is my podcast about and/or how does it relate to the playlist topic you chose?

It's All In My Head is a mental health storytelling podcast featuring people with lived experiences of struggle and resilience. My podcast episodes are stand-alone and don't need to be listened to in any specific order, perfect for binging on a road trip, day off, or relaxing Sunday.

It’s 2020 and the first college semester back during the COVID-19 pandemic. Two sophomores are thrown together in a dorm and forced to coexist. College is hard enough without quarantining and flirty tension. Starring Nik Whittemore (More Than Just Me) as frat boy Olly and Briggon Snow (The Bright Sessions) as studious Casper.

I've worked with students and staff who were involved in this case and have always thought there is more to Dammion's death than was released by police.
