Who am I?

I am Rita Farruggia, the Podcast Host of Happy Being Well. I enjoy sharing my love and knowledge for cultivating self awareness, advancing in personal development, self-care and self-love. It is only then we can be our best, perform our best and see opportunities for happiness and success. My catalyst for higher levels of self awareness and growth was asking myself why I stayed in a toxic relationship for so long. Finding out the answer allowed me to see my blind spots that I was not even aware was apart of my past experiences from childhood because it was micro.
