He is also actively engaged in mentoring and developing future leaders, leveraging his experience to inspire and guide the next generation of sales professionals. In his spare time, he hosts a management podcast, "Bas Talk” which breaks down stereotypical perceptions about life at work. It covers issues around the triage of organization culture, sales strategies, and people management. BasTalk - does not offer any life changing advice, mind bending revelations or any get quick results capsules. Instead it’s almost counter-intuitive in its easy paced long form delivery. There are no power guests and paradigm shifting cliches instead it’s a solo podcast for most episodes. Love being an introvert- as doing away with the noise comes easy! Unlike fiction, real conversations don’t always have an introduction body and conclusion. The goal is to make you rethink about your life at work, that’s it.
