My cousin and friend is back! Krystal Lavoie is here again to talk about how she lives now and how she is creating that balance that works for her lifestyle. Connecting to her body and trusting what she feels. Balance is key in all of our lives. For some, Krystal included, finding the balance is more than highly suggested, it's really life or death. Watching Krystal find and create her balance has been such a blessing. It is within this process that I have found inspiration for my wellness.
I didn't know what she was doing, I just new it must be working. When I see Krystal there is a growing seen of inner peace. I love this and I allow it to be contagious. Listen how she describes the joys she finds in her life. As we talk about how the loving human lives day to day life. How she make her ailments work for her.
