Actor Barton Fitzpatrick is often loved for his menacing street roles in "The Chi", "Empire", and currently as "Braxton" in “Power Book IV: Force” the third installment to the “Power” Universe.
Born and raised in Chicago, Barton unpacks pivotal moments that include cousin Larenz Tate, best friend and "Power Book IV: Force" co-star Kris Lofton, a letter written by his 9-year old self to Oprah Winfrey and addressing if he left the hit Showtime series "The Chi" due to homophobia.
An accomplished working actor, Barton shares his upcoming roles and why fans will be surprised by his performances as well as captivated. As if we were in the writer's room excitedly discussing projects, Barton talks working with Ving Rhames on the highly anticipated film "Bloodline" which he describes as the black "godfather" and a plot twist that will have audiences in awe, to "Wayward" a film in which he plays a serial killer.
