Ep 108 - Western culture teaches us to fear death which really handicaps us to never truly live. We avoid death at all costs. We don’t want to talk about it or read about it and most do not enjoy attending funerals. In this episode I interviewed a lady by the name of Presence Grace, yes that is her name, she also goes by Blessing. After you listen to this episode you will know why people have given her those names. Presence is a death midwife or death doula, who is a proponent for conscious dying. She takes us back into her journey to become a death doula and shares many real “end of life” stories she has witnessed as she helped people transition. Our conversation I believe is going to be a powerful tool to awaken many who listen to wake up and truly start living. A statement I got from presence was “You can't fully embrace life until you face death.” Think about it. If you had six months to live what would you do? What would you say to those around you?
