Bitcoin to $15k November

Will bitcoin hit 15 K by November or within November. It’s all the positive news coming out and now JP Morgan saying bitcoin is a great asset in comparing it to go and that it is a secondary choice of gold for stability and as a store of wealth. What about Ethereum we are looking at over the $400 range will this hold out we look at the pros and cons. What about Chinese exchanges folks you’ve been warned.
