Arezky was born in Havana, Cuba, and emigrated to México in 2004. He has also lived in other 3 different countries. He received a Ph.D. degree in Quantum Physics in 2004 and since then he has worked as a professor and researcher in different universities in the world. He has also made intense studies and practices of zen Buddhism for more than 6 years on the Buddhist Society for Compassionate Wisdom. He has made studies and has got certifications on Ontology Coaching from Ontology Training Institute at México and Inquiry-Based Coaching from the Innerland Institute. Arezky has created "Agricultura Del Ser", a personal project to help people find peace and happiness using the Direct Path (Advaita), meditation practices and self-inquiry.
