Hi my name is Julia Eshet. I'm a University of Oregon Alumni where I competed on the Women’s Tennis Team. On this podcast we wanted to create a space where athletes were welcome to come and talk about things they don't get the chance to talk about regularly. Topics range from mental health, injuries, social pressures, and every and anything that has given them an opportunity to grow and reflect on their personal development!
