  • How do I edit or revise my first draft?
  • When is my book ready to publish?
  • What are my self-publishing and traditional publishing options?

The podcast where standup comedian Logan Cummins sets out to make friends with each and every one of his guests by the end of the episode. Based very loosely on research from psychologist Arthur Aron’s Fast Friends Protocol, each episode will be structured so that the host and his guest(s) build connection gradually through discussion; starting with small talk and becoming increasingly personal as the interview goes on.

Each episode culminates in a moment of truth where Logan sends his guest a metaphorical Friend Request, and the guest must answer if they Accept or Ignore.

Hello! You might've ended up here because you're familiar with my Netflix stand-up specials "Lower Classy" or "Middle Classy." Maybe you were a fan of my sitcom "Cristela" or you saw "Cars 3" and thought, "I NEED to follow this yellow car!" Look, ’m a homebody. I love plants, I build Lego sets and watch a lot of murder shows. I also have lived a hell of a life. I was born in Texas and grew up in extreme poverty. My family squatted in an abandoned diner for the first seven years of my life. I moved to Los Angeles and lived in my car. I moved back home to help my sister raise her children and become my mother’s caretaker until she passed...all by the age of twenty-two. I still somehow, made TV history and became the FIRST Latina to create, write and star in a TV show. The thing that got me there was my story. It was unlike anyone else’s and allows me to talk about life from a point of view that doesn’t get a lot of attention. I’m into current events. I struggle with anxiety and depression. Did I mention I love Lego sets?

In the 1960s, Collins evoked both the idealism and steely determination of a generation united against social and environmental injustices. Five decades later, her luminescent presence shines brightly as new generations bask in the glow of her iconic 60-album body of work, thriving in the music industry for over a half a century. Her latest project, SINCE YOU`VE ASKED is an audio podcast series focusing on some of Collins` favorite musicians, artists and luminaries from her colorful life.
