Juin 2022, Zoé Chauderlot prend le départ du Tour Divide, 4400Km entre banf au Canada et la frontière entre les Etats-Unis et le Mexique.
Après une 1ère participation où Zoé a terminé cette course mythique en 20 jours, , l’objectif est clair : terminer en moins de 17 jours et battre le record féminin détenu par Alexandra Houchin en 18 jours 20 heures et 26 minutes. Depuis, Laël Wilcox a abbaissé le record à 16 jours et 20h.
Pour atteindre cet objectif, il faut des conditions optimales durant la course, et même avant... pourtant une hernie discale viendra contrarier la préparation de Zoé 1 mois avant le départ.
