Help Your Self is a new and dynamic podcast aiming to inspire and inform its audience in away that allows them to take what they hear and use it to help themselves grow positively.Hosted by BBC Radio London presenter Claira Hermet, who after losing both her mother and sister to breast cancer suffered with mental health issues and struggled with a lack of self love and confidence until she decided to try to heal herself and make her life a success. After years of reading self help and spiritual books, attending personal development seminars and yoga retreats and finally qualifying as a life coach she herself admits that some of her greatest learning have come from her friends, peers and idols who have shared their paths through hardship to success. That exactly what Claira wants to do with this podcast. We live in a world where there is a a lot wrong and this podcast is aiming to do something right. Using the stories of the guests to empower and inspire the listener to take steps in the direction of the life they truly want to live.
