Who am I?

I’m a passionate and driven creator focused on amplifying women’s voices and sharing inspiring stories through my podcast, In Her Words: Working Conversations by Women, and my YouTube channel. I’m deeply committed to empowering women, fostering inclusivity, and creating meaningful content that resonates with my audience. I’m also exploring ways to grow and optimize my projects, from affiliate marketing to video content, with a strategic and detail-oriented approach. At my core, I’m a curious, empathetic, and visionary individual who believes in the power of storytelling to make a difference. I chose the subject of women’s empowerment because it’s something I’ve always been deeply passionate about. Growing up, I witnessed the incredible strength and resilience of the women around me—my mother, my mentors, and my friends—but I also saw how their voices were often overlooked or undervalued. This sparked a desire in me to create a platform where women’s stories could be heard, celebrated, and amplified. Through my podcast, In Her Words: Working Conversations by Women, I’ve had the privilege of speaking with inspiring women from all walks of life—entrepreneurs, activists, artists, and leaders. These conversations have not only deepened my understanding of the challenges women face but also highlighted the incredible power of sharing our experiences and supporting one another. I wouldn’t call myself an ‘expert,’ but I’ve become deeply knowledgeable about the subject through my work. Every interview, every story, and every conversation has taught me something new about resilience, leadership, and the importance of creating spaces where women can thrive. For me, this isn’t just a subject—it’s a mission. I believe that when women are empowered to share their voices, we all rise together

4. Solo Black Woman Travel

Why this podcast?

absolutely love Solo Black Woman Travel because it combines two things I’m deeply passionate about: empowering women and exploring the world. As someone who hosts In Her Words: Working Conversations by Women, I’m always inspired by stories of women breaking barriers and stepping into their power, and Mjspyt777’s podcast does exactly that. Her journey as a solo Black woman traveler is not only adventurous but also incredibly empowering. She challenges stereotypes, celebrates independence, and shows how travel can be a transformative experience for women. I admire how she creates a space for Black women to see themselves represented in the travel space, which is often lacking in diversity. Listening to her podcast would not only fuel my wanderlust but also inspire me to embrace boldness and resilience in my own life. Plus, her tips and insights would be invaluable for anyone looking to explore the world on their own terms. It’s a perfect blend of adventure, empowerment, and representation—everything I love to celebrate through my own work.
