Who am I?

I'm a plant killer turned plant lady helping you care for plants and cultivate joy on the Growing Joy with Plants Podcast. I've struggled with depression and anxiety and have used plants as a wellness tool and want to help you do the same. I've struggled with. mental health and have found amazing resources in podcasts that have inspired me to incorporate the topics spoken about in my real life. I wanted to share them here.
